Trauma Informed Care Event

This event is being organised through the city-wide Trauma Informed Care Group, which is a multi-agency group that provides advice, support, and have oversight of all developments regarding Trauma Informed Care. 

There is a growing understanding of adversity, trauma and resilience and their impact on our communities, of which we are all a part.

Our event will support partners in Portsmouth to improve the way we work across the city in preventing and responding to trauma.

The programme will focus on:

o   Learning more about Trauma Informed Care and what we're doing in the city to be more trauma informed.

o   Hearing the voice of Lived Experience, their insights, experiences, and perspectives

o   Trauma Informed Leadership and Staff Wellbeing

o   The interplay between Neurodivergence and Trauma

This event is primarily aimed at leaders and managers who effect change in their teams and/or organisations.

It will be a great opportunity for cross-sector networking, discussions and shared learning
