This FREE training is available to those working with children & families in Portsmouth to understand what victim blaming language is and to explore our practice to ensure we use appropriate terminology when discussing and reporting children and young people's experiences who have been exploited, or who are at risk of exploitation.
Please note a pre-requisite for attending this Masterclass is that you have previously attended exploitation training and / or you have experience working within this area.

The Learning Outcomes are:
- To be able to identify what victim blaming language is
- To explain how language impacts children, young people, parents and carers who are at risk of or who are currently being exploited
- Describe what language is appropriate to use when communicating exploitation concerns either written or verbal
PSCP training on-line is delivered with the same purpose as in person training - to engage in a learning experience which will include discussion, reflection and participation. We value your contribution in training whether it is on-line or face to face. We encourage you to come prepared to contribute and be an active learner.
