DSLs & DDSL in school settings - an in person networking training event to develop further a safer culture

For DSLs in schools only to provide a space for networking with other school's DSLs & DDSLs from across the City - to share best practice, ideas and resources - this course is free of charge.

Learning outcomes:

• To identify current changes in law and guidance which helps to keep children safe from harm
• To access support from other DSLs & DDSLs in finding creative ways forward to current problems / challenges faced (solution focussed circles)
• To have a spot light focus on LADO and creating a safer culture in schools
• Characterise the component parts of professional curiosity and how this impacts on decision making

In preparation for this training please think about a current challenge that you would like some help on - something which you may want to improve in school whether that be a process, practices and / or culture.
