Aim: To develop skills and knowledge in using restorative practice to build, maintain and repair relationships.
Who is it for? Professionals working with children and young people and their families in Portsmouth
Learning Outcomes:
- To understand restorative practice – the history, the principles & the supporting framework
- To know what skills are needed to work ‘with’ others restoratively
- To confidently apply the understanding and skills within your role, your team and organisation
Time: This is a two day course.
Certificate: Attendance on both days is mandatory to receive a certificate, please complete the evaluation on line to access your centificate.
Prerequisite: To have completed Basic Safeguarding or equivalent within 3 years
