THIS TRAINING IS FOR PROFESSIOANLS WORKING WITH PORTSMOUTH CHILDREN AND FAMALIES AND WILL FOCUS ON PORTSMOUTH PROCESS AND PRACTICE. IF YOU DO NOT WORK IN PORTSMOUTH PLEASE VISIT YOUR RESPECTIVE SAFEGUARDNG PARTNERSHIP FOR TRAINING
Aim: To increase awareness of the purpose and function of LADO and how to respond to allegations against staff in the children's workforce.
Who is it for? Managers of staff and volunteers working with children.
Learning Outcomes:
- To understand the role of LADO and how it fits with your role
- To know when to refer to LADO
- To improve skill and confidence in responding to allegations and concerns against staff
- To develop safe plans when there are allegations or concerns regarding staff working with children.
Time: This is a 3 hour workshop
Certificate: You will receive a certificate on completion of evaluation on line.
