THIS TRAINING IS FOR PROFESSIOANLS WORKING WITH PORTSMOUTH CHILDREN AND FAMALIES AND WILL FOCUS ON PORTSMOUTH PROCESS AND PRACTICE. IF YOU DO NOT WORK IN PORTSMOUTH PLEASE VISIT YOUR RESPECTIVE SAFEGUARDNG PARTNERSHIP FOR TRAINING
Aim: To support those working with children and families in Portsmouth to embed Restorative Practice into their work.
Who is it for? This training is for practitioners and managers who have completed either the 2 day or 4 day restorative practice training course. It is open to both front line staff and mangers at all levels. This is a refresher type session and therefore it is essential that delegates have completed prior learning.
Learning Outcomes:
- To have an opportunity to explore current practice, understand the barriers to embedding RP and learn from success
- To consolidate learning and apply key RP concepts to practice
- To have space and time to reflect and develop an action plan for practice development
Time: This is a half day course. Please note that lunch is not provided.
Certificate: You will receive a certificate on completion of evaluation on line.
Prerequisite: To have completed Basic Safeguarding or equivalent within 3 years
